    Annotation. The article presents the developed composite compounds based on a photopolymer resin containing abrasive fractions of silicon carbide SiC for 3D printing of the tool. The developed photopolymer-abrasive compositions are investigated, the dependence of the viscosity of the compositions on the concentration of abrasive grains in them is revealed and shown. Based on the developed composite compounds, samples were made, their structure was presented and studied. Recommendations on the use and application possibilities of the developed composite are given.

    Annotation. The article discusses the design and purpose of a turbopump unit, in particular the pump housing of a turbopump unit of a liquid rocket engine. A device and a tool for obtaining complex profile holes in the housings of turbopump units are presented. The features of the design of technological equipment for electrical discharge machining are considered. The proposed progressive design of the device and tool made it possible to process the parts of the turbopump unit of a liquid rocket engine with special holes.

    Abstract. The article is devoted to studying the influence of technological parameters of electrochemical dimensional processing mode on the structure and physical and mechanical parameters of the die engraving working sections, which made it possible to recommend this method as a finishing operation in the manufacture of forging dies.

     Annotation. The article is devoted to the distribution of the radii of the cutting tips during magnetic-abrasive processing and comparison of distribution polygons. The conducted experimental researches are stated. Graphs of the distribution of the radii of the cutting vertices are given.

Operation of road transport

     Annotation. The paper uses methods for determining pollutants in the atmosphere according to GOST together with the method of mathematical statistics, which allow to determine the amount of emissions from motor transport that is in line at a traffic light prohibiting signal in the area of a regulated intersection. The methodology makes it possible to calculate such environmental indicators as: the mass of pollutant emissions, the concentration of pollutants and the index of atmospheric air pollution. The proposed calculation method allows to determine the amount of emissions polluting the atmosphere. The reliability of this technique is confirmed by testing the hypothesis about the law of distribution of pollutants according to Pearson. Based on the combined methodology, software has been developed, the purpose of which is to monitor atmospheric air pollution. This approach will allow us to qualitatively assess the level of atmospheric air pollution and take timely measures in the event of dangerous environmental.

     Annotation. The relevance of increasing the efficiency of logging road trains by reducing the transport costs spent on the process of hauling timber is substantiated. The analysis of scientific works of foreign authors has been carried out, which made it possible to identify the most important factors influencing the process of the efficiency of timber hauling by timber road trains. A promising design of a two-chamber coupling device for a timber road train is proposed, which provides an increase in the energy efficiency of the timber hauling process. Based on the developed mathematical model and computer program, a preliminary assessment of the efficiency indicators of the proposed road train coupling device was carried out. It has been established that equipping a logging road train with a recuperative two-chamber coupling device will allow generating a recuperated power of about 7.8 kW when the road train moves along an insufficiently equipped logging road. It was revealed that the optimal value of the diameter of the two-chamber hydraulic cylinder of the coupling device is 90 mm, while achieving the maximum value of the recuperated power and the minimum value of the longitudinal acceleration of the trailer with timber relative to the timber vehicle.

     Annotation. The article presents the advantages of timber tractors with semi-trailers in comparison with single timber vehicles. The existing road conditions for the operation of saddle road trains involved in the transportation of timber to consumers are described. The causes and consequences of loading elements of saddle-coupling devices of road trains are considered. The dependences of the change in forces in the coupling device on the values of the coefficients of adhesion and the distribution of braking forces, the deceleration of the saddle road train, and also on the height of the center of gravity of the semi-trailer of the road train are presented. The regularities of changing the braking distance, deceleration and compression force in the fifth wheel coupling device of a road train due to underutilization of the coupling weight of a tractor with a semi-trailer are considered. The dependences of changes in loads in the fifth wheel coupling on road conditions, the load of the road train, the location of the fifth wheel coupling on the tractor, as well as on the damping coefficient are analyzed. An analysis of oscillograms of changes in forces in the pivot of the device in the process of sharp braking on a curvilinear and rectilinear trajectory with various options for braking by individual links is given. The influence of the road train load, the speed of its movement, the type of road surface, the design parameters of the coupling device, the presence of lubricant on the base plate, the level of its wear on the change in the moment of resistance in such a device are described. The necessity of increasing the efficiency of timber tractors with semi-trailers by improving the existing designs of fifth wheel couplings is substantiated.

     Abstract. The specialized subsystem of intellectual transport systems is considered, which controls the movement at the plots of adjustment to the objects of attraction of the traffic flow through informing about the place and time of comfortable expectation and departure from this object. This subsystem, in turn, is considered as a system of motivational management of outbound transit with the efficiency of use, evaluated using micromodeling in the AIMSUN program.

     Annotation. In the context of the active development of urban areas and a constant increase in the number of road, transport on sections of the street and road network, especially in places of concentration of infrastructure facilities of greatest interest to the population, the load on the street and road network increases, which inevitably leads to an increase in road accidents. The use of an analysis based on the use of the QGIS geographical information system makes it possible to have an accessible determination of places of concentration of accidents and making decisions on the reorganization of these sites.
